then there still could have been a law
that does not allow black people to have a seat on a bus...

Rosa Parks was a black lady who even got arrested in 1955 for refusing to leave her seat on the bus for a white person.

This was one part of the events that led to law changes in America and that allowed black people to have a seat anywhere in the bus.
